Folk Eats creates comforting soups and stews inspired by community cookbooks and collected family recipes from regions across the country. Their menu features dishes like Brunswick Stew, Irish Lamb Stew, and Shakshuka Stew as well as summer cold soups, like Gazpacho, and Peach soup. They invented the Stewboy by pulling out the marinated meat from favorite stews and serving on a 6" baguette for a delicious sandwich. You'll always find something new to try at their stand. Throughout the year you can find them at local breweries, events and farmers markets. They also offer delivery across the Boulder/Broomfield/North Denver area.
