Foxtown Farm began as a small organic ginger and turmeric farm, and while the farm is not in operation this year, that farmer’s mindset still guides everything they make. They offer bold, pourable honey syrups crafted with fresh organic ginger, turmeric and local honey, designed to mix effortlessly into drinks and food. They also make a traditional fire cider—a potent, small-batch herbal tonic made with raw honey, apple cider vinegar, roots, citrus, and spices. They sell through their online shop, at Colorado farmers markets, and in retail stores.
